I don't know if the text book give the wrong ans or something , bc they give me the correct ans is 10^-14M

These are the 4 choice they provide:

A 10^-3M

B 10^-9M

C 10^-11M

D10^-14M

Would ya be kind enough to explain why D is correct ???

  1. D isn't correct.  Do it the easy way

    [OH] = 1X10^-3, so pOH = 3

    if pOH = 3, pH = 11

    if pH = 11, [H] = 1X10^-11
