FIOS dual tuner, how do you swap?

I have something set to record and it decides to record on the tuner that I am watching. What button do I press on the remote to be able to change the channel. So far my work around has been to turn off the tv, then turn it back on. When i goes back on, it goes to the non recording tuner. Comcast had a button for this to swap tuners. Which one is it with FIOS?
