  1. They have lost to almost every team in the league this year...so I would say any of them can beat the Cubs.

Will they beat the Cubs in a playoff series? I think the Cubs are good enough to beat almost anyone in a series but they are still the Cubs and there is 100 years of history saying they won't do it...

  2. Every team that makes the playoffs except for the NL west team.

  3. The Rays. They already swept them this year.

Anyone of the teams who can account for some of the loses in the Cubs' record.

  4. Most of the American League. Remember National league is JV where the AL is Varsity

  5. Any team in the playoffs can beat the cubs in a 7 game series. The cubs get to play the Pirates, Reds, and Astros way too many times. Those numbers are misleading. cubs are not nearly as good as most people think.

  6. Redsox

  7. Cubs are ranked 6th in Team ERA, and tied with Rangers for first in team batting.

Wit that being said, despire Rangers with a slight chance in getting Wild Card even with poor pitching, having a good pitching staff isnt a given either. Just look at The A's and Blue Jays who hold top 2 spots in team ERA. They are going no where.

Cubs can get to the playoffs, no doubt, but they can be ebaten by Arizona and even Brewers in a rematch.  AL is too powerful, just like The NBA with The Mighty West and The WEak East. Thats how AL and NL are. Rays and Angels can beat Cubs in WS in 5.

  8. phillies possibly, cuz they can hit as good if not better than the cubs, or the d-backs, cuz they can pitch and shut the cubs down. and possibly the brewers becasue they have beaten the cubs before
