First signs of armpit hair are... well, hair growing on the armpits.

First signs of voice deepening are creaking voices, or random bits of uneven tone while you're speaking.

I think you have started (puberty) if you're experiencing these signs!

The first signs of armpit hair are armpit hairs, obviously.    They don't grow all at once, but you should notice some starting when they begin.

The voice frequently will crack, or change tone.    

None of the changes of puberty happen all at once, and some changes happen sooner than others; there isn't an exact schedule.

Pubic hair usually appears before armpit hair, however--but not always.

Puberty is a long process that takes years.    It's difficult as guys are worried about normal growth and development.    

Most guys are pretty well finished with puberty at about 18, but some go later, into their 20's.

You wont notice too much when your voice changes because it happens over time. Your voice may occasionally crack which will become more frequent and you may notice you have trouble singing certain notes. As for body hair, you will start growing smaller hairs that over a few weeks period will grow and become larger in numbers. And a helpful hint. Wash your face every morning and night to avoid pimples. hope this helps!
