...tion for choosing not to take part in their "timeshare" offer? (ie: not paying)
I was dumb enough to get duped into giving them a deposit/ downpayment, and ever since then i have regretted it. The terms of the original offer have changed, there was an attempt to take out a maintainance fee which was not supposed to happen (they called it an accident), and the customer service part of it is lacking to say the least.
Has anybody ever successfully been able to break away from their contract? Were you ever taken to collections? How can I get out of this scam? they can have my deposit, i just want them to go away!
HELP!
