My dwarf gourami is acting quite aggressive towards my hillstream loach (aka Butterfly pleco aka borneo sucker aka hong kong loach) so I want to give it to someone but I want to replace the gourami with a fish about the same size that is as colorful but won't harass my hillstream loach what fish should I get?

  1. Get an boseman rainbow fish.

  2. Rainbow fish are very nice. And aren't very agressive, either. You have a lot of options.

Actually, if you want to look at many varieties of fish, and see all your options before you go purchase one there's a webiste where you can buy fish online called www.liveaquaria.com and when you click on the profile of a fish it will give you more information on them, temperment's, minimal tank sizes, growth, maturity, what water conditions they prefer, ect.

  3. get a paradise fish

  4. i would say you need to take out the dwarf guorami or you could leave it on its own

  5. White cloud mountain minnow

    Zebra danio

    leopard danio

    otoclinus

various other loaches, depending on the size of your tank

  6. Get a betta but be careful they might fight.

  7. Get a Betta, they get along great with loaches and can be extremely colorful.

  8. There are some nice Australian Rainbow fish.  German Ram?
