ok so i made a flan yesterday and there wasnt enough caramel on it so today i just made some more caramel (melted sugar until it was an amber colored) amd poured it over the chilled flan hoping that i could serve it tomorrowwell when i poured the hot carmel over the cold flan it made all this sizzling noise and the caramel hardend just a bitwill it be edible tomorrow?
