FLORIDA OR CALIFORNIA?

Question

Well we built our dream house, and have lived here a few months....my husband informed me last night that this really isnt his dream house but mine...his would rather be in Florida or better yet California. He loves to surf, he has surfed since he was a kid and wants to be able to surf daily...so we had a family meeting last night and again this morning...so I guess we are now in the process of relocating. It will probably be in the next year.....we need to close a business.....and a million other things....SO Do you know any great family communities in California or FLorida? Mainly California...

I made several trips to Cal while consulting and the nicest was Santa Maria. So clean and the people were very nice. There is a small town just north of there that you would love.

It seems to me that you have to choose between hurricanes and earthquakes.  Good luck and may you find joy in your new home.

Hurricanes happen every year in Florida.  California occasionally gets earthquakes, but not very often.  Take your pick:  frequent hurricanes or infrequent earthquakes.
