FLORIDA STATE TRANSFER help*

Question

I recently put in my application at FSU to transfer as a junior. I have a GPA of 3.27, have met my foreign language requirements and will have earned my AA. I really want to get into FSUs Interior Design program. I applied as a freshman but was denied because of low ACT and SAT scores. What are my chances of getting into FSU as a junior transfer with a 3.27 GPA? Thanks for all of your help!
