If an individual was not compensated for straight-time pay (this individual never worked overtime) can he/she bring a lawsuit under the FLSA for unpaid wages? Or does the FLSA only cover unpaid overtime and individuals who are paid less than minimum wage?

  1. I don't know if the suit would come under FLSA, but it does seem there is a breach of the employment contract, and other labor laws may have been broken.
