FLV file format cutter ????? ?

where can i find a free program that will let me take out section of a FLV video file format video ? or put it together?

Usage:

- CUT:

1. Open --> choose file which you wanna cut.

2. Choose Copy in Video & Audio box

3. Choose FLV in format box

4. Using [ (begin) & ] (end), drag from begin to end (or to place you wanna stop)



5.Save .flv

- CONNECT:

Ex: A.flv & B.flv

1. Open file A.flv.

2. Append --> B.flv

3. Choose Copy in Audio & Video box, choose "FLV" in Format box

4.Save .flv
