I'm thinking of buying a FM adapter for my iPod like the iTrip but reviews say there is too much static. I'm curious how does it sound in the Denver area? Is the static more than a standard FM radio signal or even greater.

  2. I also use one in the Denver area. 88.1 or 88.3 I think I use?

Try visiting one of the local Apple Stores and asking them. Here's a few of them.

Apple Retail Store - Aspen Grove at 7301 S Santa Fe Dr Ste 440 in Littleton. (720) 283-7930 .

Apple Retail Store - Cherry Creek at 3000 E 1st Ave in Cherry Creek. (303) 320-9191.

Apple Store Flatiron Crossing at 1 W Flatiron Cir in Broomfield. (720) 479-0465.

  3. I use one and I'd say the sound quality is slightly lower than a standard FM station in Denver, but not terrible. Defintely less than CD quality. I use frequency 104.7
