can anyone tell me if the story is continued in the manga and from what chapter i should start reading???

no it doesnt completely continue in the manga cuz its different but if u want to start sumwhere start at ch 30 or 40

No, the story is not continued in the Manga. The story ends with the movie Conqueror of Shamballa

The manga, except for the basic story and a few stories inbetween, goes in a different direction than the anime. So I would suggest starting all the way at the beginning! It is worth it as the manga is very different

There are minor differences even from the beginning, but the anime and manga completely break from each other around episode 27.
