FMCSA air conditioning question?

Question

Is there ANY Federal regulation that states if a commercial motor vehical came with air conditioning, the Employer or Motor Carrier has to keep it on the truck in working condition? And, can you tell me where to find this information, or what the Reg.# or article is?
