FNMTV lot?!?

Question

Does anyone know where the FNMTV lot is?

I was going to take my friend over their as part of a b-day present. Except for...I don't know where it is?

Anybody know?!?!

The only way to get there is by the shuttle they provide for you after you sign in at a disclosed location, but either way the only way to get into the studio is if you have a ticket. Unfortunately tickets for this friday are sold out already.
