FONTS? how to make moving banners and such[:UPLOAD IMAGE MAP

okay how can i make a normal font like Linear EF regular look like:

and how would some one make this:

the way it says connie decore is lovely^-^

and how do you upload an image map?

i havent found any good tutorials yet so help???

If you mean that you want to be able to make the fonts change colors and or move, you will need a graphics program, like paintshop pro or photoshop.

then you need Animation shop. you have to create each individual image, then you can put them together with different effects.

for example, I put all of these together:
