  1. Well, if you had food poisoning i think you would be in bed right now. But if you did have food poision mix lemon juice in hot water and drink it. Drink herbal tea.

  2. Take pepto bismol or even Alka seltzer. It'll help you right away.

  3. You are throwing up a lot because your body is attempting to purge  itself of the toxins from the sour cream.  You have to let your body do its job, but you also don't want to get dehydrated, as that will make the problem worse.  Take sips of cool water and if you can, get some Pedialyte and sip on that.  This will put back the minerals, salts, electrolytes, etc. that your body is losing with all the vomiting.  Regular Coke or Ginger Ale with the bubbles stirred out of it will also help.  If you can't stop vomiting, you will need to see a doctor.

  4. I had food poisoning once and never threw up .. My stomach hurt so bad, I was doubled over and couldn't sit up. I had to go to Emergency and they made me go to the pharmacy and get coke syrup to drink.

It helps eat the poison from your stomach. I dont remember getting an anti-biotic .. I think I just had to drink coke and coke syrup (nasty) and it took a few days to feel better ..

I don't know if it would react on everyone the same, but if you are still able to be on the computer .. I doubt it is food poisoning .. could be you caught the flu .. Restaurants dont always send sick cooks home!

  5. food posioning can be very dangerous if you allow yourself to get dehydrated. drink lots of water and some sports drinks that will replace some of the lost electrolytes. dont eat anything until you feel youre ready. start with some good ol' chicken broth. its salty and will calm your stomach. plus its a liquid so its easier for you to digest. if you feel better after that try eating a few saltines or bland crackers. stick to a very bland diet like rice, crackers, chicken broth, soup [no veggies because theyre hard to digest], or even a banana. also drink some herbal tea. get lots of rest! if it was just from the food it should go away in a few days, but if at any point you feel worse

GO TO THE HOSPITAL OR SEE A DOTOR! you dont want to risk dehydration!

take some pepto bismol too. it will help with the nausea and diarrhea [if you have that]

feel better!!! and get lots of ressttttt!!!!

  6. go to a docter duhhhhh or to your local pharmacy and tell them your problem

  7. OK this works.put all the stuff in a glass. get sprite or 7-up,fill it like a little bit less than half the glass,  powered corn starch, and squeeze on whole lime in it. trust me i've used this stuff all the time when i get sick because i have a sensitive stomach. feel better!
