I've been playing football since 4th grade and I'm now in 8th.

I have recently switched teams. My new team is way more intense at practice and i have a hard time doing 50 consecutive push-ups and sit-ups. I am not fat and I'm not weak. I can also run for a long period of time. I just have a hard time doing the push-ups and sit ups consecutively. I have been practicing them too. My first legit practice is tomorrow. If you have any tips on how do 50 push ups and sit ups consectutivley please share them with me so my coach doesnt get furious at me.

  1. Do some dumbell presses and high reps to build how long the muscle can work, you want to fail at 15 or 20 reps. Work EVERY part of the chest. And throw some variety in your workout. And before you go to bed, do some slooow pushups.

  2. do bench presses as long as possible to build ur upper body strength

  3. Most of it is mostly muscle endurance so once youve done it for a while it will get easier.
