FOR 10 POINTS -- What are the busiest times on the road?

I plan on taking a road test for driving.

What time has the most cars on the road? (eg. 9 am, 12 pm, etc.)

busiest times are usually the morning and the afternoon because this is when people are going to work/school/etc and coming home from work/school/etc. so i would try and go in the middle of the day to avoid traffic.

At least where I live the traffic hours start around 7am to 9am then in the afternoon around 4pm to 6pm.  Usually when people go to work and go back home.

It depends. However everytime my Mother drops me off or picks me up after school we are often waiting in our car for hours. We leave 15 minutes before school as so does everyone else around where I live. In most cases if you're thinking of going for a test drive dont go at 8.30-9 am or 3.30-4 pm Monday- Friday. The least busiest would be mid morning. Avoid the noon rush, and worse, get the job done before 3 PM. By 4 PM, there are so many cars, it's pathetic. People are going home from work.
