FOR CAR EXPERTS!!!!What Manufacture makes another? Ex: Chysler makes Dodge?

Question

I need help knowing what Manufacture makes another..

I already know these:

1.Chysler-- Dodge

2.Toyota-- Lexus & Scion

3.Honda-- Acura

4.Nissan-- Infiniti

5.Ford-- Lincoln & Mercury

6.Chevrolet-- Pontiac

Thats all I know i'm not sure if Chevrolet also makes GMC, Cadillac, Buick, & Saturn

I know that GM (General Motors) makes these cars but i looking for like Manufactures that own another like

Toyota had made Scion a few years ago for Teens!!

If you know any more Manufactures that I have named that also make another tell me. Also If you know any others that i haven't named!!

If you have any sources that would be better!!!

Chevrolet = GEO

General Motors owns Chevrolet, Pontiac, Cadillac, Buick, Saturn, Hummer, Saab, and GMC trucks

Chrysler owns Jeep and Dodge

Ford owns Mercury, Lincoln, Volvo, and much of Mazda

Porsche recently purchased Volkswagen which also owns Audi and Bentley

BMW owns Rolls Royce

India's Tata Motors owns Land Rover and Jaguar

Chevy doesn't make pontiac, GM makes them both.Some different GM brands come off the same lines, though.

Tata(Indian)-British Jaguar and Land Rover since beginning of 2008. Ford owned them before that.

British Aston Martin is owned by a Middle Eastern autoparts company.(2008) Before that, it was owned by Ford.

Daimler Chrysler-A jointventure of Mercedes and Chrsler.

         Mercedes Benz-Smart, Maybach.

         Chysler-Dodge, Jeep, Plymouth, and the Japanese Mitsubishi.

Subaru-no one, but they work with Toyota and Porsche. Sharing technology.

Fiat-Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Maserati.

Kia owns Hyundai or vice versa. Both are Korean. One company is in North Korea and one is in South Korea.

Suzuki-no one.

Dont forget Jeep is with Dodge and Chrysler

You may not believe some of these but most are true. I say most because allot of companies have recently sold some of there lines: for instance Ford Just sold Land Rover and I think ford just sold Volvo as well. Also i may be wrong on who actually OWNS who but these are part of the same co.. Here we go...

1) VW, Audi, Porsche, lambo-

2) BMW, Mini, just sold Rolls Royce-

3) Ford, lincoln, merc, Jaguar, volvo. just sold Land Rover and Aston Martin-

4) Nissan, infinity-

5) Benz, smart car

6) GM...here we go....Chev, Cadillac, GMC, Saturn, Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Holden, Opel, Vauxhall, SAAB, HUMMER, Daewoo,...?.. A few others I think but Im getting bored.

Just go to any web site of the names you know and look for there world links. You'll be shocked on actually how few  car companies there are in the world. Heck GM owns most of them and the others are either owned or are parteners with somebody else.. Heck Toyota and GM are working on Ecelctric cars together.

Oh! and to really confuse you... The Toyota Matrix and the Pontiac Vibe?.... Same car!

u 4got Jeep iz also made by Chrysler.& Chevy duzent make all th carz lik Pontiac.  GM bilds them lik Chevys, Pontiac (lik u said), Buicks, Hummers, GMC, Saturn, Cadillac, Saab, and also th Holden in Aussie, and Opel in Europe. ford=mazda, (owns sum of it).  BMW=Mini and RR, Hyundai=Kia, Toyota=Daihatshu and Hino, VW= audi, Bentley, Lambroghini, SEAT, Skoda, Bugatti
