FORCED to eat cheese on sunday?

My friends famly forces their guest and everyone that goes over or lives there that they must eat at least one slice of cheese that day.....its kinda stupid i find..they say its a tradition from the 1980's ...its verry weird but they have to have cheese on sunday, why? do any of you guys share the tradicon?

I have never heard of this tradition.  However, I love cheese and most likely I would be fine with that.

No one could force me to eat anything I did not want at any time even if I liked it.

Not that I, personally, would need an excuse to eat cheese but that is pretty bizzare.  It might be some kind of good luck  ritual?

I've never heard of it, but I think it is a good idea. I am a huge fan of cheese. Also you shouldn't make fun of what people believe.
