  2. Sigh, I don't know why I'm bothering with this but presume you're talking about auto-CAD? Well there is pretty much no overlap between the two...autoCAD is a 2D drawing package which can be programmed using LISP not FORTRAN. As for graphics, FORTRAN is generally best suited to number crunching...its main uses are in the Finite Element Analysis and weather forecasting industries. Other languages such as C++ are more suited to graphical implementations. Hope this helps clear things up a bit....at least you'll be able to spell auto-CAD correctly.
