  1. Clean them good get some of those.... sprays to kill the bugs and spray the heck all over. For the pillows, I don't know, you might need to buy new ones.

  2. What a horrible situation... Bed Bugs are just the worst...and unfortunately, on the move throughout North and South America...and over in Europe, it's really bad in the hotels and hostels.

Whatever you can afford to throughout ... do it.  Whatever you can't, wash in very hot water, and get yourself some bug spray.  If you have carpets, you must get them steam cleaned...  I wish you the best of luck...it's d**n hard getting rid of them all.

  3. Heat will kill bed bugs. The apartment complex where my son works uses heat. The literature varies with the stated temperature needed, but try heating the infected space, maybe with electric space heaters, to at least 130 degrees F, for at least three hours. Some literature suggests 155 is better.

You might drape any windows to keep them from expanding too much from the heat. They could crack.

If you live in an apartment, show this to your landlord. It will be much cheaper than calling in the exterminator, and probably more effective. He might be happy to do it for you.

  4. Same thing happened to me about a year ago now. Dont throw anything away before you try some kind of bed bug spray on your matress. What I did was spray it on my matress, then sleep in a different bed for about 3 or 4 days  (that was still in the same room but didnt have any) they ended up going away completely and I havent had any problems with them since.

  5. well idk but its like 9pm ova here and im tired as fu*k so, night night, dont let the....well you know the rest lol

  6. THROW OUT EVERYTHING.unfortunately its the only way to get rid of them and spray soem time of solution around the area to get leftover ones

  7. Throwing out everything will only result in you losing your stuff, they can live ANYWHERE including under any decorations, in the cracks in your walls, in electrical appliances, above drop ceilings... you name it, they can live there.

the sprays you can buy at the store, as well as most of the ones an exterminator has simply don't work... if you do get an exterminator, make CERTAIN to get a guarantee or there is a good chance you are simply throwing money away.

Anything you hear about getting a new mattress is absolute rubbish advice:  The bugs attack you there, they don't necessarily live there.

You need a professional to do this, accomplishing it on your own is highly unlikely to work... i speak from experience (and from losing)

The chemicals that you buy at the store only work on the ones that are currently alive and that you can see (and you may know that they hide very very well).... also they have very little or no residual effect.

If the problem is out of control, you need the help of a pro..

All this could be averted if they hadn't erroneously banned DDT for household use.

  8. do throw everything away .. the bed bugs are very contagious . as in they spread very fast .. so i belive everything is filled with bed bugs already . do open your windows and let sunlight in everyday . this helps .. or get the pest control person to come .they sure can help ..

    hope this helps (:
