FREE, easy website w/ users & chat? Password protection is important.?

I'm looking for a web hosting site where I can start a FREE and easy website. I know nothing about html etc.- I want something really user-friendly. I want to start a website for me and my family- but want it to be secure. I'd like something with usernames and passwords for everyone. And a secure forum would be great- I don't want all the other members of the hosting site to be able to see it. I just want my family to be able to see this site. So:

-FREE

-easy to use

-password protected

-protected forum (protected chat would work too)

Please tell me about any sites you know of!

(Also- I know this may be too much to ask of a free site, but is there a way to have it so the adults can see some pages that the kids (different usernames) can't?)
