FRESH proxy list/group?

Does anyone know any yahoo groups which actually send fresh proxies?

This is asking for groups, not flameage also ;]

I have tried a few yahoo groups and can honestly say this one:

Is the best one the web. I get ONE email each day (no spam) and every proxy I have ever recieved is new and unblocked. I highly recommend it.

There are a number of ways you can bypass your school's internet security, and it is much easier if you have access to install programs onto the computer in question.
