FRIGE AND FREEZER ARE WARM NOT WORKING

oUR fRIDGE IS 4 YEARS OLD. THE FAN IS WORKING(THE ONE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CONDENSER). THE LIGHTS ARE ON BUT THE FRIDGE AND FREEZER ARE WARM AND IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE BLOWING ARE INSIDE THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER.PLEASE HELPTHANKS
