FSBO help...what paper work and forms do I need?

I have a buyer for my house and want to do a "FSBO". We have agreed on a price and also agreed to not use a realtor. Where can I get info or what do I need to do to make sure this transaction is complete and legal. Any help will be much appreciated.

I did check on FSBO.com and it's really not cut and dry on what I need as far as forms and paper work goes.

there's legal forms there somewhere, browse through to the house selling part and see the form.

You can type it out or if you are lazy just buy it like I did :)
