The 2.Bundesliga side remain hopeful that the tactician will save the side from being relegated at the end of the season.

FSV Frankfurt hope that appointing experienced manager Benno Mohlmann will end their worries of being relegated from the second division. The side’s performances in the current campaign have been dismal as they have lost a staggering
nine times in the league thus far and sit in the relegation play-off place at with 14 points.
Bornheimer have just won two games in the league all season and conceded 36 goals in the 19 games they have played so far.
Mohlmann has succeeded Hans-Jurgen Boysen, who was sacked this week after a defeat at the hands of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfL-Bochum-c40880. The club took the decision after a series of poor results and have handed the tactician a deal until the end of the
season.
The club Sporting Director, Uli Stover, claimed that Mohlmann was surely the first option for the club as he has immense experience in the league. He admitted that the tactician’s vast experience in the second-division will definitely
help the team as they target survival.
“We've got our first-choice candidate for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684. He was also the only one we'd spoken to since Saturday. Benno Mohlmann is an undisputed expert; he's overseen close-on 400 games in Bundesliga 2,” he was quoted as saying in a
statement on the club’s official website.
Stover further added that the former Hamburg SV manager is the most experienced manager in the league right now and has faced such challenges in his career. He insisted that the manger helped FC Ingolstadt avoid relegation in the
previous season and is hopeful that the boss can repeat the same feat.
“Of the coaches currently operating in this league, he's the one with the most experience. That, and a proven ability to successfully battle against relegation, as he showed at Ingolstadt last time out, is precisely what we were
looking for,” he concluded.
Benno Mohlmann was sacked by FC Ingolstadt last month for failing to achieve the required results. The side is striving hard for survival in the 2.Bundesliga and will be looking to make a strong comeback in the second-half of the
season.
