FSX ATC Approaches?

s there a way I can change the default approach ATC picks for landing? they always want me to do Visual Approach, which im not good at.. and i would prefer them to pick an ILS approach. If I change the approach, they would want me to circle, or side step, which i am not good at either. Is there any way I can change the ATC default approach from Visual to ILS?

I think you are flying VFR. In VFR Flight the atc does not give ILS approaches.
