No, it means you saw a white bird...big deal.  Don't you think that people that live where Snowy Owls  (white owls) are found would all be dead by now as they see them on a regular basis.  Don't you think the world would basicially be empty as everyone that has ever seen a white bird would drop dead.  Use your common sense, and stop believing nonsense.
