Fabian Rinaudo only thinking of playing again, says brother – Primeira Liga News
Fabian Rinaudo is only thinking of playing again according to his brother, Leandro. The midfielder broke his leg while intercepting a pass against Vaslui and his sibling claims that he has begun his recovery and his only aim is to be back on the pitch as
early as possible.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Argentina-c2841 International, Fabian Rinaudo, was fast becoming one of the best players at Estadio Jose Alvalade. Known for his tenacity to tackle, the player’s seemingly unintentional lunges often got the better of him.
Last month, the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gimnasia-La-Plata-c39425 man was sent off for his challenge against Maranhao in the Vitoria Guimaraes game. However his coach stood by him and refused to criticize him for his actions.
Instead the tactician opted to rely even more on the Sky Blue International, fielding him in the UEFA Europa League, where unfortunately tragedy struck.
Rinaudo, already famed for his ill-timed tackles, chose to intercept a Vaslui pass by using a full bodied sliding challenge. However the decision backfired, as the player suffered a horrendous injury, whose full extent was revealed after the match.
After conducting extensive checkups, the Sporting medical staff concluded that the player had indeed broken his leg and will have to be sidelined till at least March.
While the injury is a serious one and is expected to keep the player out for several months, his brother revealed that Fabian was recovering well and had regained the control of his toes.
"He has begun physical therapy. He has also began to move his toes and is progressing well,” he said.
Leandro then also revealed that his sibling was currently resting at home, but has started working on his football rehabilitation with the club and everything was expected to get better in the future.
"He was resting at home, but this week he has already started working at the Academy, so everything is going good,” http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Leandro-Rinaudo-c21843 was quoted as saying.
With recovery being the most difficult part of suffering a career threatening injury like a fracture, Fabian Rinaudo will have to ensure that he is fully fit before eventually taking to the pitch.
However if he plays before his broken leg has healed, it could have severe consequences, perhaps even end his career.
