The former Chelsea youth star has been approached by the Premier League outfit for a return to England, after his successful stint with Swansea under Rodgers.
The AS Roma player has caught the attention of many scouts and clubs following his performances for the Giallorossi in the 2011/12 campaign. The Italian’s first stint in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 landed him at Chelsea; however, he only managed to

Borini was working under Brendan Rodgers, the current manager at Liverpool, and the tactician rates the striker extremely highly. The former Chelsea http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/U-17-Youth-team-c40787 coach went on to become the manager at Swansea in the Coca-Cola Championship,
and he signed Borini on a loan, where he was instrumental in their drive to gain promotion to the Premier League.
Borini left for the Serie A after his stint at Swansea ended. Parma signed him up and loaned him out to the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wolves-c40952, and Borini excelled under the tutelage of Luis Enrique.
Brendan Rodgers' appointment at Liverpool led to rumours that the Englishman would be keen to bring the Azzurri international into his Anfield project. Those rumours picked pace after Rodgers admitted that an exciting signing was
in the offing, and their concrete interest was acknowledged by Giallorossi’s Sporting Director, Walter Sabatini, who stated that the club was very much interested in the player.
Borini’s agent was talking to the IlSussidiario.net, and went on to state that his client is informed of the interest of Liverpool, and Borini is assessing his options, and remarked:

Marco De Marchi, Borini’s representative, went on to state that they are properly evaluating the pros and cons of the deal, but failed to confirm their decision at this point in time, and commented:

to commit myself as there will be more news in the coming days. Wait for that.”
Liverpool are understood to have made an offer of 10 million Euros for the former Azzurrini star.
