The former England manager’s son has insisted that while his father has received several offers from different clubs, there has been no contact from the London outfit.

Recent reports in the media suggest that the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 manager is set to replace Roberto Di Matteo at Stamford Bridge, regardless of the outcome of the UEFA Champions League final.
Capello’s son stated that the reports are worthless rumours, as he has had no negotiations with the Blues, and insisted that there is no chance of such a move to the English Premier League giants anytime soon.
Pierfilippo revealed that that the news was a matter of surprise for him, but maintained that there is no element of truth to the reports.
While talking to Sky Sport Italia television, the 65-year-old said:
“As of today, there is no chance of that happening. I was also astounded to read these reports, but there really is nothing in it. He has had no contact with Chelsea.”
Capello’s representative admitted that he has received contacts from several other clubs, but insisted that none of those interests have moved to an advanced stage of negotiation as yet.
Pierfilippo pointed out that this is the season for transfer of players to take place, and insisted that the time for signing contracts will come later.
The tactician’s agent stated that when it comes to choosing a club, the quality of the side along with its seasonal objectives will have the precedence over monetary considerations. He added that the desire of the club to buy new
players will also be an important factor.
“Other clubs have stepped forward, but these were only initial contacts and not any actual proposals. This is the month of transfer games and so much talk, but contracts are not signed now. The economic issue comes later, as when
negotiating the first aspect we ask about is the potential of a side, the desire to buy players and seasonal objectives.” He added.
