Capello resigned from the Three Lions post after falling out with the English Football Association over John Terry’s captaincy issue. The former Juventus boss was infuriated and felt insulted after the FA stripped Terry of the
captaincy of England team without taking him in confidence.

Reflecting on Capello’s decision to hand in his resignation as the English boss, Vialli opined that it was understandable why things unfolded in this manner. The 47-year-old feels that the decision made by the English FA undermined
Capello’s authority.
While commenting on the resignation, Vialli said:
“The FA should’ve told Capello its decision first, then gone to the media. It’s only normal that he got angry. It’s also normal, I should add, that the Association accepted his resignation.”

Despite Moratti’s rejection, Vialli still is certain of the former A.C Milan boss being scooped up by these two clubs.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if Juventus offered him a role as a director. I’d also expect Moratti to call him for the bench after Claudio Ranieri. He certainly has plenty of options.”
Capello joined the English national team in 2008, and went onto manage them in 42 international games. The 65-year-old had a 66.57 percent win ratio with the Three Lions.
