Manchester United’s Fabio Da Silva is set to leave the club on a loan deal, as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Ferguson hopes for the player to develop further, by making more first team appearances.
The Red Devils boss has gone on to confirm that the young defender needs to spend more time on the pitch and that is something he can’t be offered at United.
As a result, the only option that is left for the player, is for him to head out and join a team on a loan deal for a season.
"He understands the value of playing regularly at a higher level than we can give him at the moment," Sir Alex told
United Review.
"I hope that Fabio will develop the same way as his twin [Rafael]."
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Patrice-Evra-c29231 has been in top form lately and is having one of his best seasons at Old Trafford.
The Da Silva brothers went on to join United in the January transfer window of 2008, but couldn’t make an appearance for the team till July, when they both turned 18.
Fabio made his debut for United in January of 2009, as he was part of the Red Devils side that went on to beat Tottenham Hotspur by two goals to one in the FA Cup.
So far, Fabio has managed to make only fifty three appearances for the club, while his brother has gone on to make ninety appearances for the club.
It was expected that Fabio would be sent out on loan in the January transfer window, but it seems like Ferguson decided to keep a hold of him , in order to compensate for the injuries that his back line suffered this season.
Nonetheless, once Fabio does return from his loan spell, he is bound to fit right into the first team.
