I have an older New Home sewing machine bought in 1979, model XL-II.  The fabric does not feed.  I have been through the manuels so many times and tried everything.  I have taken the machine apart, cleaned, and oiled it.  Nothing works.  Do you know of any problems that this model had with the fabric feed and what are the ways to fix it?
