Fabric not feeding. Stopped advancing in the middle of a seam. Feed dogs in the proper position.

Stopped advancing in the middle of a seam. Feed dogs in the proper position. Pressure is at 3 as recommended, tried changing it, but it had no effect. Stitch length set at 2. There is no lint build-up. I clean out lint after every couple bobbins. I'm stymied. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
