Fabulous Drama looking solid for Coral Supports Macmillan Cancer Trophy at Romford
Fabulous Drama is considered to be the master of long distance races. Despite the fact that victories are not coming to her way frequently, the blue b***h has recently shown enough to win the Coral Supports Macmillan Cancer
Trophy, being held at Romford on Friday, May 25th.
The 750 metres Flat race is set to begin at 22:40 GMT. The £200 meeting has attracted six fast and furious runners. Among the participants are: Fabulous Drama, Romeo Explosion, Rushmoor Topsie, Bobs Miller, Hollyoak Lucy and
Swift Robinson.
In a similar race last week, Fabulous Drama did a decent work despite being baulked twice on the course. She used the inside rail of the track fantastically, but failed to show a winning effort. Consequently, she finished third
on the chart.
After showing her class at Romford, P. Young’s trainee continued her good work, when ran at Hove earlier this week. The 515 metres contest saw her finishing second behind Jaytee Apache.
The punters don’t have many alternatives tonight. Except Fabulous Drama, none of the participants has recently taken part in any 750 metres race. So, the female hound has a great chance of using her experience and put her journey
back on the winning ways.
Romeo Explosion does not have an impressive track record at Romford. In both of his previous outings at this venue last month, the white and black dog could not do anything special.
Romeo Explosion’s last triumph came at Harlow, where he finished first on the podium in a 592 metres contest. He recently run a long distance race at Harlow, but was not impressive that day. G. Coney’s trainee needs a combination
of luck and effort to enjoy the party.
Bobs Miller is stepping to eight bends for the first time, thus he cannot be trusted. Rushmoor Topsie can set the target for the others to aim at. P. Young’s trainee is in very bad form since winning a couple of 575 metres races
in late April.
Hollyoak Lucy has recently done a good job over six bends, but it is entirely different scenario. Swift Robinson, who is yet to taste success, is not in our shortlist.
Romeo Explosion has some experience of running over eight bends, but still it will be a mighty task for him to challenge Fabulous Drama. Good luck to everyone.
