Face book Password reset

Hi buchin! Thank you so much for your help! I followed the password reset instructions you gave. I click the link that they email me to reset password and then it tells me that my email is invalid! It is the same email I have used to create the account and use for my account.....I am at a loss. My email is [e-mail] have had zero responses from the Facebook tech support, I am convinced that they don't have a tech support team.All the same, I would LOVE your help if you can.Thank you!
