Face is stuck in odd position, won't close/open...

Question

I have a Sony xplod 52wx4. face has 3 positions: open almost 45'/buttons-silver face; closed black screen/LED graphics when on; & @15?' posit./where face can be inserted/removed. Problem: it is stuck in @ 30' position. Won't close, open, turn on ect. Position button & remote won't work.
