Face rash from an electric razor?

I'm 17, and I use an electric razor about every other day. Many times, I get a red, bumpy rash on my face and neck afterwords. It usually goes away shortly after, but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks

I get this when I don't use the electric every day.  If I do it every day for a while, my skin gets used to it.  Same with blade, if I have been using the electric every day and switch to blade again, I get a rash.  So I think it is what your skin gets used to.
