Facebook Help!? Having problem viewing friends profile....?

Hi, I can't seem to view my friends pages, when i click on to their profile pic a blank page come up, i recently had my system restored so i think i am missing some software that i don't know of.

i have shockwave and active X, and i have the Java, what else do i need? any other suggestions are also wellcome!

You have everything you should need loaded. Have you tried using a different browser. If you are using firefox try opening the page with IE or google's new browser Chrome. It may be that something didn't load into the browser you are using.
