Facebook Password Reset

Question

What do you do if you can't login to the facebook account because your email no longer exists?.... I have emailed facebook requesting assistance quite a few times and have not received any confirmation in months. The email I used to open my facebook account no longer exists, so I can't receive the reset password. What would you suggest?
