Facebook. When on the facebook site, I cannot open the chat button on the lower bar and I cannot

Question

When on the facebook site, I cannot open the chat button on the lower bar and I cannot open Applications button either. Also, I cannot see any of my friends it doesn't allow me to open the list, status, etc.
I cannot post on anyones wall, etc.
