Facebook invalid

Question

I tried calling the number to talk to an actual human being. It did not work. I want to know there business hours? I have the same exact problem with facebook telling me my password is invalid. when I try to fix my password, facebook tells me my email address is invalid. I tried to create a new account, that didn't work either... When I tried to create the new profile I used my same email address and I was told it was a VALID email address used by someone else. ME! This is so frustrating. Isn't there a real solution to this?
