What do you mean by "safer"?  Do you mean less spyware and viruses, or less likely for some old man to pretend he's a hot chick to meet up with you and do bad things?  Either way, it doesn't matter.  They are just web sites, and neither is any safer in any way at all than the other.

Neither one.

I have never been on either one and have no intention of visiting either.

There are several that are considered by many to be kiddie sites that a large number of people have got something they didn't want after going to them.
