Facebook ...would you delete someone you've just spilt up with or is that showing you care too much?

or can I just set something so I don't get their info on news feed...can't bare seeing them partying without me... :(

I'm sure there is something that you can set such as news feed preferences to make sure you don't see any updates on them.

And I personally think that if they saw you deleting them off of your friends list that they would think that your taking it pretty hard.

There is probably a way to block certain people.

I don't think that there's anything wrong with caring about a break up. It's just the pride at work.

you can set your newsfeed so that you don't see anything about them..  go to the bottom of your newsfeed and click "Preferences for Top Stories" At the bottom it will say "less about these friends" & type in the friends name that you don't want to see anymore.

[by the way this is on the new facebook but it should be basically the same thing on the old facebook]

If you don't delete them then just don't bother looking at their profile too much. It just takes time.
