Facial hair coming in faster on right side of face(testosterone?)

Question

a few weeks ago I got hit in my left t******e and had some problems, I went to the doc and they said I had a varicocele and epidityimis and he said I should be fine in a few weeks

I have noticed my facial hair is coming in slower on the side I got hit in the t******e, I also have virtually no s*x drive, my doc said it doesnt effect testosterone but I dont see how this is possible

This thing is really freaking me out, is my testosterone messed up? Is this permanent?
