Hello,My problem comes from scanning & copy printing only, not from any printing from PC.A thin line appears in the print copy at the same position of every and any print while scanning and printing. However there is no unwanted mark whtsoever while printing direct from PC. Also, any scanned image when viewed in the monitor the same line additionally appears. The line is in the transverse direction of the scanner light movement. Problem is indicative of the scanner section troubleshooting.Please help me in getting rid of the line mark from scanning.
