Factors to create the perfect place to live (in geographical terms)?

i need 15 things which together would create the perfect environment to live.

itz my homewrk but i'm getting really stuck.

It can be about climate, weather, terrain, and other things

i'v got a few already but i dont know how good they are:

oil

water

food

established seasons???

mediterranian climate...

help please

employment opportunities . political stability  , established government , democracy , freedom of press ,/ information , transport , industrial wealth , entertainment , culture ( historical & entertainment art etc. )  , established and recognised education system

this seems like a foiled assignment to me...

the perfect place to live depends on your taste of course! some people like the city, some people the countryside, some people like the mountains, others the beach...

i would say location in relation to what you like the most, be it the ocean, mountains, jungles, whatever.... is one of the biggest factors.

however on a separate note, elevation is important. being near the shore you are prone to floods, huricanes, etc. and being in flat inland you are prone to tornadoes, etc. so for me, the best is a happy medium in between both of them, equidistant from mountains, the shore, etc.
